Our agency ordered this insert and it came in damaged from the factory. A couple of weeks ago I received the replacement parts for the front of the K9 insert. The replacement parts have been installed and the unit now looks great. How you look to your customers when things go wrong is the true measure of customer service. I would rate your customer service A+. Thank you for your excellent customer service.
